At MoBernise Pty Ltd, we are excited to introduce our upcoming laundry service program tailored for individuals with disabilities who are seeking to actively participate in meaningful employment opportunities. Our new initiative aims to not only provide a convenient and essential service to the community but also empower individuals with disabilities by offering skill-building opportunities and supportive employment environments.
What We Offer
Laundry Service Program
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service
Our laundry program will offer a hassle-free pick-up and drop-off service for participants, ensuring that laundry tasks are taken care of without any added stress. Our dedicated workers will collect laundry items from participants' homes, including stripping and collecting bed linens, and transport them to the laundromat for cleaning.
Training Participants
As part of the program, we will provide training sessions to participants who are interested in learning how to do laundry. Whether it's sorting clothes, operating washing machines and dryers, or folding and organizing laundry, our expert team will offer hands-on training and guidance to develop essential laundry skills.
Laundromat Services
Once at the laundromat, participants will learn how to separate different types of clothes, use appropriate detergents, operate laundry equipment effectively, and ensure the safe handling of delicate fabrics. Our program emphasizes safety, efficiency, and attention to detail in all laundry processes.
Washing, Drying, and Folding
Participants will actively engage in washing, drying, and folding laundry under supervision, gaining practical experience and confidence in performing these tasks independently. This hands-on approach fosters independence and self-reliance while promoting a sense of accomplishment and pride in completing laundry duties.
Return Home Services
After the laundry is cleaned, dried, and folded, our team will deliver the items back to the participants' homes. They will not only return freshly laundered clothes and linens but also assist in making beds and organizing the freshly cleaned items, ensuring a seamless and convenient service for participants.
